- Perform the service according to best industry practice;
- Maintain at all times the highest degree of good faith towards you as our client to ensure that no conflict of interest materializes;
- Adhere to actions and commitments agreed to in meetings between you as our client, ourselves and third parties;
- Provide you as our client with accurate and complete information and reports reasonably requested;
- List and photograph the property and provide proper description in preparation for the auction;
- Advertise and market the assets;
- Sell the property at the highest possible price subject to the conditions of the mandate;
- Expedite payments and transfer of funds.
